This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "Licensee") and Fahed Hassan Muhammad Aslam Bhutta, an individual ("we," "us," or "Licensor") for the software product Itqan PDF, including any associated documentation (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. Your license permits activation on a limited number of devices at a time, as specified at the time of purchase. You may deactivate a device to free up an activation for another device.
2. Trial Period
The Software may be used on a trial basis for a limited period (currently 7 days) with full functionality, without charge.
3. Restrictions
You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it; redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software or your license to any third party; remove proprietary notices; use the Software to develop a competing product; or circumvent any license activation or trial mechanism.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
5. Your Data and Files
The Software processes the files you choose to open with it entirely on your own device. We do not access, collect, transmit, or store the content of your files. See our Privacy Policy for what limited data the Software does interact with.
6. Updates
We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Minor updates (bug fixes, small improvements) are provided free of charge to your existing license. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade; where this is the case, we intend to offer existing customers a discounted upgrade price rather than requiring the full new-customer price.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, or that any conversion, OCR, or other operation performed by the Software will be accurate or complete for your particular documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Our total liability arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
10. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
