I already have a license key — where do I enter it?
Open the app and look at the bottom-right corner of the window — you'll see a button showing your current status, like "Trial: 5 days left." Click that button (not "Buy Now") to open the License window, then paste in your key and click Activate.
Does Itqan PDF need an internet connection?
No. Every tool runs locally on your computer. The app only goes online briefly to activate your license and check for updates.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the license is yours to keep — no recurring charges, ever.
What if I get a new computer?
Enter the same license key on your new machine and it activates the same way it did on your old one. If your old device is still available, use "Deactivate This Device" in the app's License window first to free up that activation.
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes — every tool is fully unlocked for 7 days, no credit card required.
What happens when the trial ends?
Itqan PDF stops running tools until you activate a license. Nothing you've already created is affected.
Does PDF to Word/Excel work on scanned documents?
Yes — Itqan PDF automatically detects scanned or image-only PDFs and uses OCR (optical character recognition) to extract the text. You'll be asked which language the document is in before it runs.
Can I process more than one file at once?
Yes — every tool supports batch processing. Select as many files as you like and they're all processed in one run, with a combined progress bar and a summary at the end.
